These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KEEL equity research platform ("Service"), operated by KEEL Research / GetHelm AI ("we", "us", "our"), accessible at keelresearch.com and via WhatsApp. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
KEEL is an AI-powered equity research assistant delivered primarily via WhatsApp. The Service provides users with quantitative stock analysis, multi-factor scoring, portfolio tracking, automated price alerts, earnings calendar monitoring, and market research tools. KEEL aggregates data from multiple financial sources and applies proprietary scoring methodologies to generate research outputs including company analyses, peer comparisons, valuation estimates, and sentiment assessments.
The Service is designed to assist users in conducting their own investment research. KEEL operates as a data aggregation and analytical tool, providing structured research outputs based on publicly available financial data, market prices, and news sources.
KEEL is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other financial regulatory body. Nothing produced by KEEL constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of regulated financial guidance.
The research outputs, scores, analysis reports, price targets, valuation estimates, and any other content generated by KEEL are provided solely for informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute, and should not be construed as, a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any securities, financial instruments, or investment products.
Users acknowledge and agree that all investment decisions are made at their own risk and discretion. Past performance data, scoring metrics, and analytical outputs presented by KEEL are not indicative of future results. Markets are inherently unpredictable, and the value of investments can go down as well as up.
Before making any investment decision, users must perform their own independent due diligence and, where appropriate, seek advice from a qualified, FCA-authorised financial advisor. KEEL should be used as one of many tools in a broader research process and must never be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision.
KEEL does not provide personalised financial advice tailored to any individual's financial circumstances, risk tolerance, or investment objectives. The analytical outputs are generated algorithmically and do not take into account the personal situation of any user.
New users are entitled to a 7-day free trial period with full access to KEEL's features, subject to daily usage limits. The trial begins automatically upon first interaction with the Service. No payment information is required to start the trial.
Following the trial period, continued access to the Service requires a paid subscription at a rate of £100 per month. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled by the user.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time by sending the "cancel" command via WhatsApp or by contacting hello@keelresearch.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and the user retains access to the Service until that date.
If a user cancels within the first 30 days of their initial paid subscription, they are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of that billing period. Refund requests must be submitted to hello@keelresearch.com. Refunds are processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method. After the first 30 days, no refunds are available for partial billing periods.
By using the Service, you agree to the following obligations:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KEEL Research, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Without limiting the foregoing, KEEL and its operators shall not be liable for any investment losses, trading losses, or financial losses of any kind that may result from reliance on the research outputs, data, scores, or any other information provided by the Service.
All data provided through the Service is sourced from third-party providers including, but not limited to, Yahoo Finance (yfinance), Polygon.io, and various public news and financial data sources. This data is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. KEEL makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or suitability of any data, analysis, or content provided through the Service. Data may contain errors, omissions, or delays.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service exceed the total amount of subscription fees actually paid by you to KEEL Research during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to the KEEL brand, name, logo, software, algorithms, multi-factor scoring methodology, proprietary models, and the design and layout of the Service, are owned by or licensed to KEEL Research and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Analysis outputs, research reports, and other content generated by the Service are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any such content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of KEEL Research.
You are permitted to retain and reference analysis outputs for your own personal investment research. You may share individual analysis outputs on a limited, non-systematic basis provided that KEEL is clearly attributed as the source.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, abuse of the Service, fraudulent activity, or violation of the user obligations set out in Section 4.
You may terminate your account and stop using the Service at any time by sending the "cancel" command via WhatsApp or by contacting us at hello@keelresearch.com. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will cease immediately. Any outstanding subscription fees remain payable, and no refund will be provided for the remainder of the current billing period except as set out in Section 3 (Refund Policy).
Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Sections 2, 5, 6, and 8.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims). Each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify affected users via WhatsApp or email.
Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Service and cancel your subscription.
